What you’ll do:

• Source high quality crypto projects and DeFi protocols to engage with, do research, and document learnings
• Build a quality outbound pipeline and own the sales process from prospect to close
• Figure out where you can find great web3 startups and DeFi Protocols and learn as much as you can about them
• Develop and refine the sales process, build out a partnership playbook, and strategize and brainstorm new outreach methods and lead generation channels
• Organize industry events to network with other leaders in the Web3 space
• Translate customer needs into prioritized product development.

What you’ll need:

• 1-3 years of sales-focused experience at a high-growth startup or in crypto, fintech, or institutional sales
• Understanding of the Web3 / DeFi landscape (or the interest to learn!)
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write copy that ranges from witty, to professional
• Scrappy, resourceful, and relentless, doing what needs to be done to drive success for your team and for the business.
